Spartan were asked to install a Storage Mezzanine in this temporary/modular building in Newark, with a trade counter and offices below. Good progress was made with the mezzanine floor being completed within 3 working days.
The client made some changes to the layout and asked us to leave two areas in front of the roller shutter doors for them to park vehicles inside overnight. The fire rating of the floor and offices below followed on and the site has since been handed back to the client to start using!
